Operating exclusively at His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Playhouse Theatre and Subiaco Arts Centre, the department provides all the Food & Beverage Service – from Bars & Restaurants to Functions & Events.
With over 37 years combined service at venues and over 83 years combined hospitality experience, we will ensure your experience at any of our venues is a memorable one.

Bars & Restaurants
Operating in conjunction with the performances held in the venues, our bars open prior to the performance and during interval offering a broad range of beverages.
Restaurants situated at His Majesty’s Theatre and Perth Concert Hall, specialise in elegant dining in a comfortable setting. The perfect way to start your evening with quality food and excellent service.
Functions & Events
With some of the most exclusive venues in Perth, we offer a range of event styles to suit all tastes. Whilst we operate exclusively at His Majesty’s Theatre, Perth Concert Hall, Playhouse Theatre and Subiaco Arts Centre, we also cater at selected off site venues such as Government House Ballroom and Perth Town Hall.
