Q: What happens if I have a guest who is a vegetarian or has special dietary requirements?
A: Easy. Our experienced Chef is always happy to provide a delicious substitute meal for those guests with special requests. There is no additional charge, but you will need to confirm details with your Event Sales Coordinator four working days prior to your event.
Q: Can I come and see a function set up at a venue?
A: Yes, please do! Just schedule an appointment with one of our Event Sales Coordinators.
Q: Can you suggest someone to theme my event? And a DJ, MC and entertainers?
A: Yes, and they all come highly recommended. Whatever you want, we can organise it for you or we can put you in touch with the right people. Entertainment, theming, lighting, decorations, flowers, table settings, you name it!
Q: Is there a room hire fee on top of the quoted food and beverage prices?
A: There are no hidden costs with your event, so if there is a room hire fee it will be included in your proposal.
Of course you’re welcome to contact your Event Sales Coordinator to go through each item quoted.
Q: Are pre-dinner drinks included in the beverage package?
A: Yes. The beverage package starts at the scheduled commencement time for pre-dinner drinks. For example, if pre-dinner drinks start at 7:00pm and you have chosen a 5-hour beverage package, the package will conclude at 12midnight.
Q: What are the prices of your menus?
A: It really depends on what items you select and how much food you’d like to enjoy with your guests. The best thing for you to do is to contact us at sales@oifcperth.com.au and we’ll tailor a menu to meet your requirements.
Q: Is there parking on site?
A: Parking information can be found on the downloadable brochures on the Venues page in this website. If the venue you have chosen is in the city, you may find the information you require on the City of Perth website.
Q: Is there wheelchair access? Are there hearing induction loops and facilities for people with disabilities?

Q: Do you organise marquees and hired equipment for outside events?
A: Perth Concert Hall is the perfect venue for marquee events. We can organise all the equipment hire on your behalf, as well as the required temporary structure permits. Of course, if you’ve found another location in Perth that you simply must have, then let’s talk.
Q: Do I need to pay a deposit and if so, what is the required amount?
A: We’ll confirm the required deposit amount in the letter outlining details of your booking. To give you a general idea, it’s approximately 10% of the event value (minimum $500).
