There’s a saying in the world of showbiz that a successful performance is 90% preparation. It is little wonder that our award-winning chef, Michael Fitzgerald, and his team of catering experts spend many, many hours carefully preparing for every event.

In 2006, Michael Fitzgerald won the prestigious Restaurant and Catering Australia ‘Honour Chef of the Year Award’ in Western Australia. How? By personally tending to 70,000 guests at 905 functions across our five venues. Serving a staggering: 40,000 bread rolls; 32,500 eggs; and 46,000 litres of milk.
